A documentary about the history of Venice, Florida created in 1976 by Hack Swain Productions, a motion picture producer in Sarasota, Florida. Filmed in 16mm, the film utilizes historic stills and home movies in addition to original photography and historic re-enactments. The voice-over narration is enhanced by audio interviews of personalities from pioneer families.
