I can’t say enough good things about Julie Larson, both as an agent and person. My home was difficult to sell, but Julie worked tirelessly to make it happen. She was creative, knowledgeable and resourceful. She was excellent with communication and readily available, including working after  traditional hours to deliver contracts and do research during negotiations. She knows real estate and how to work with everyone involved. The bonus is that she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
