PLEASE NOTE: Some of the water and sewer utility companies will not let you set up your account without proof of ownership such as your new deed or closing documents. You will receive both the deed and closing documents at closing and not before. So, you’ll want to be sure to immediately upload a copy of your deed to the appropriate utility provide to get your account setup completed.
